How to order
Products are selected and reserved from the online store, and the trying on and payment are done at a retail outlet. You can make reservations in the online store either by registering as an online store customer only, or without registering. As a registered customer, you will manage your own information and can view your online store reservation and purchase history.
Collect the products you want into the shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart page and then to the payment page.
On the payment page:
1. Fill in your contact information (as a registered user, the information is automatically filled in after you have logged in to the online store).
2. Select the retail outlet where you want to pick up and pay for the products.
3. Click on the Order button.
4. You will receive email confirmation that the order has been received.
The products you have reserved will be delivered within 4-6 business days to the retail outlet you have selected. You will receive email notification of when the products can be picked up. The products you have reserved will be held in the store for 7 days.
You can try on the products at the retail outlet and pay for your purchases as usual at the cash register with a payment method accepted by that retail outlet.
The products’ exchange and return policy is defined by the specific store.
